Unlike our Private and Group Surf Lessons, this option allows you to create unforgettable experiences with your loved ones while still maintaining a sense of privacy and avoiding the monotony of one-on-one lessons. With 90 minutes of private coaching from an instructor, this course offers more than just learning surfing techniques. It also provides the opportunity to stand on a surfboard with your loved ones, creating memories that will last a lifetime. This course strengthens the relationship between partners, parents and children, and friends, making it a truly special experience.
Don’t worry about bringing your own equipment, as all students will be fully equipped with everything they need, including a surfboard, leash, and rash guard. What’s The Difference Between Lessons?
A private lesson features 1-on-1 instruction. . A group lesson features a maximum of 4-to-1 instructor ratio. Semi-private lessons feature a 2-to-1 student-to-instructor ratio.
Lesson details:
In the first 10 minutes, you will focus on:
- water entry
- water safety
- land instruction to perfect the pop-up and stance before entering the water
The remainder of the surf lesson will be filled with personalized surf instruction and you will learn
- Standing up
- Paddling
- Wave timing and placement
- Wave selection
- Surfboard and wetsuit education
- Wave physics
- Surf etiquette and safety
Includes: Surfboard, Leash, long sleeve UV rash guards, sun screen.
Whats to bring: Swimwear or rash (if not, we lend you), sunscreen, and copy of passport
